Drivers are Florida licensed and insured through Geico, Policy #6092856191/01026 and have clear background checks. Copies of background checks are available upon request.
Weekly and monthly services must be paid in advance. There are no refunds for cancellations or no shows. The price will remain the same for weekly and monthly payments that may have no school due to holidays, ect. A discount will be applied the following week or month to compensate for the day(s) of no service in the prorated amount.
Kiddos Go will conduct temperature screenings each pick up to ensure the health and safety of other riders and drivers. If a rider has a fever he/she will not be able to ride and no refund will be provided for any missed day(s). A refund in the form of a prorated discount will be applied to the next week’s or months payment if a doctor’s note is provided for missed day(s).
Kiddos go is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. If an item is lost and found, parents will be notified and can retrieve item(s) at next service date. Any lost items that are not retrieved in 7 days will be dontated or thrown away.
The safety of your child is our priority. Children must wear a seat belt. There is no eating, drinking, or phone calls allowed during rides. If there is an emergency please contact your driver. Please let us know if your child has any special needs or assistance before booking to ensure we can make accommodations. Car seats/booster seats are not available. If you would like to provide your own you may but it must be able to fit comfortably in our vehicle and it cannot have an expiry date or history of an accident.
If a not at fault accident occurs while your child is onboard we will not be liable for any injuries, medical bills, personal items, destruction of property, or any other damages and losses that occured. Upon choosing to book us you are agreeing that Kiddos Go and it’s drivers will not be held responsible for any losses or injuries resulting from an accident at fault or none, or any equipment, in, on, or part of the vehicle, or any injuries that happen upon exiting or entering the vehicle.
