Weekly and monthly services must be paid and booked in advance. There are no refunds for cancellations or no shows. The price will remain the same for weekly and monthly payments that may have no school due to holidays, ect. A discount will be applied the following week or month to compensate for the day(s) of no service in the prorated amount.
Kiddos Go will conduct temperature screenings each pick up to ensure the health and safety of other riders and drivers. If a rider has a fever he/she will not be able to ride and no refund will be provided for any missed day(s). A refund in the form of a prorated discount will be applied to the next week’s or months payment if a doctor’s note is provided for missed day(s).
